
A SAP Technical Services Manager is required to join the internal IT division on a leading global insurance provider. The successful SAP Technical Services Manager will take accountability for the UK regarding issue resolution, application maintenance, project developments and small changes on the global SAP platform.
The SAP Technical Services Manager will provide service management support by managing customer perceptions and expectations for IT service delivery and will take steps to ensure that business impact is taken into account for all changes. You will take an active role in qualifying incoming incidents; ensuring that all relevant information is present when carrying out first level diagnosis.
Applicants will need to have demonstrable experience within SAP ECC and SAP BW. You will have proven expertise within Service Management, ideally within the Financial Services arena. You will have the aptitude to understand and analyse accounting data where you will have knowledge of finance systems to help contribute to the analysis of existing systems.
