Essential Skills & Experience:
Should have strong Oracle, Oracle Dataguard, and BASIS skills (including Java, PI, BI, ECC6, SRM, SCM, Portals, live cache).
Should have a working knowledge of Veritas / MS Clustering (not installation).
Candidate must also have the ability to perform 'deep dives' on problem systems, looking at stability and performance improvements.
Ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently with minimal guidance and possess very strong communication/documentation skills,
Must have strong Root Cause analysis skills, and the ability to articulate the problem and actions required.
Desirable Skills:
Should have good hands on experience on various scenarios of PI admin and should have good understanding of PI architecture.
Should have at least of 3 years of PI support experience and at least 2 end to end PI implementations. Should be well versed with basics of oracle database in handing activities like restore/recovery, parametric changes on oracle, table reorg activities.
Should have good Java stack troubleshooting skills.
Should have good PI troubleshooting skills. Should have knowledge of mapping and message pressing scenarios.
Should have good hands on exposure on ABAP stack troubleshooting.
The daily rate of pay for the role will be between 400 and 470 pounds depending upon skill set and experience. Please forward CVs in the first instance.
