Our Telecoms Industry Client is looking for a Project Managers (Telecoms / Business Change / Contact Centre) to join their team to support the changes within the customer experience group and lead and deliver change within this department through key strategic programmes
The Project Manager will work in a project capacity to investigate, analyse, deliver and report upon the change impact of new or revised business processes within the group.
Essential candidate requirements:
- Knowledge of full project lifecycle
- Working on change projects
- Experience working on customer focused and contact centre projects
- Stakeholder management
- Telecoms industry experience
- Cultural Change Techniques
These will be initial 3 month contracts based in Livingston at a rate of £275.00 per day.
