A Project Manager is required for an initial 6 month contract, based in London, for a large financial services client.
The role will involve the management of the delivery of a new system to manage Recoveries. The outline plan contains the following activities: Completion of Requirements covering the Recoveries activity in all areas, and the negotiation of a preferred architecture with the Business and Architectural Strategy teams, formulation of detailed specifications, build planning, delivery, testing and implementation
In addition the project manager will be expected to carry out the usual financial management, and reporting duties, and maintain good relationships with the relevant Business stakeholders.
Candidates required experience: Planning the stages of a programme and agreeing on all stage entry and exit criteria
Managing internal and external suppliers
Experience of end-to-end technology Project Management
Experience within Corporate / Retail / Insurance organisations
Candidates should be available to start within 2/3 weeks
Experience in the Credit risk arena is highly desirable
