An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a high profile client, based in London. The Customer Delivery Project Manager will manage multi-disciplinary and matrix working teams to deliver significant business change/new product development initiatives, ensuring that the customer experience is championed throughout and those changes are delivered to time, quality and budget. You will be expected to provide project delivery advice and support to potential project delivery partners such as senior management, proposition managers, product managers, communication team members, service delivery and corporate service colleagues.
You must have proven expertise in delivering large/complex projects through a customer - centred design approach and taking a product to market; from inception, through to launch and then to marketing. It is essential that you have this experience.
