A Leading Financial Services Organisation based in Northampton require 2 Programme Managers on initial 6 month contracts.
There are a number of Programmes currently in progress surrounding Infrastructure, Credit Risk and Regulatory Programmes. If you have any experience of managing these types of large scale programmes then I would be very keen to hear from you.
Skills/Experience Required:
*Good stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills. Especially when dealing with Business Stakeholders
*Track record of managing technical projects and having technical awareness when it comes to dealing with component teams
*Hands on experience of MS Project
*Experience of Business Change and Transformation projects/programmes
*PRINCE 2 or PMI Methodology
*Budget responsibility and be able to demonstrate that you are able to manage your projects/programmes within the constraints of it
*Budget responsibility of £1mill plus
*Work under pressure, be able to hit the ground running
*Manage Offshore teams
Candidates will be able to demonstrate previous experience of IT Programme Delivery within the Cards or Financial Services Industry.
