A Principal Consultant for BMC Bladelogic is required to join a leading Global IT Infrastructure Outsourcing organisation. The role holder will work on the design, installation, configuration and implementation of BMC Bladelogic Server Automation and BMC Bladelogic Application Release Automation. You will take accountability for architecting solutions for customers as a Bladelogic Solution Architect for new and existing applications. This will involve completing proof of concept, base lining the existing criteria in the applications function with Bladelogic methodology of deployment and implementing automation workflows defined in Bladelogic and other automation and configuration management applications. The successful candidate will work with clients across a variety of industries and will be required to keep abreast of new technology developments.
Candidates will ideally be degree educated or equivalent and will have worked within an enterprise environment where you will have designed multiple BMC Bladelogic solutions for Server Automations. Your technical experience will encompass BMC Application Release Management, knowledge of Unix Operating Systems including Solaris and Linux. You will have significant experience with scripting technologies (Unix, Shell, Perl, Python) and you will be a BMC Certified administrator.
