Our client are looking for an experienced Learning Developer for an initial 2 month contract based in Reading. The ideal candidate will have experience of creating effective training strategies and reviewing training material from an independant perspective. The ideal candidate will be able to identify what should be delivered in a calssroom and what can be put into e-learning.
