I am looking for Lead Business Analysts that are interested in shaping a new business working on a £120M transformation programme. My client is looking for a strong Business Analyst that has a solid background in business process design, business requirements, functional requirements and testing. You will have excellent communication skills and be the interface between IT and the Business users in order to articulate business problems into formal business requirements and functional requirements. I would be very interested in someone that has been a Business Analyst across multipe business functions and IT disciplines. Must have evidence of worskhop facilitation and root cause analysis. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will have some mentoring responsibility for more junior Business Analysts.
