The key skills required for JAVA Technical Architect Retail
Your key responsibilities:
*Architecture and Strategic Technology Consulting on Retail Solutions such as:
oMulti channel commerce, Supply Chain systems, Store Operations, Master data management, RFID etc
oPortfolio analysis and Technology roadmap definition
oArchitecture assessment and solution definition
*Pre Sales and business development support on Architecture and Technology
*Development of industry solutions such as Multi channel commerce, Master data management etc
*Architecture support for large scale implementation programmes
Your profile:
*University degree (Bachelor/Master)
*At-least 8-10 plus years of IT Work experience preferably in
oDefining and defending Architecture strategies and solution
oTechnology product evaluations and recommendation
oArchitecture support for a large transformation programmes
*Architecture experience on Application Development with knowledge on frameworks and technologies such as:
oStruts, Spring, J2EE MVC, etc
*Architecture know how of products such as:
oSAP Retail, Oracle Retail, JDA, IBM Websphere Commerce Server, ATG Commerce Server, Hybris ( any of these)
*Architecture know how and experience of applying concepts such as
oService Oriented Architecture (SOA), Webservices, Business Process Management (BPM) and Web 2.0 (AJAX, Social Computing, etc)
*Experience of Architecture definition and assessment approaches such as TOGAF, ATAM etc
*Contributes to architecture and technology standards selection and definition.
*Ability to work in a team environment - sharing ideas and working collaboratively
*Strong organizational and analytical skills
*Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
*Ability to fluently communicate (read, write & speak) in English
Location: London
Salary : 55K -65K +15-20% Bonus
