A leading global organisation working within theManufacturing/ engineering field are currently seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Team Lead/Manager looking after a team 4 direct reports. You and your team will play an integral part in the continuing success of the company through the delivery of 1st class Desktop support within strict SLA's and the effective technical support of business applications and infrastructure services.
The successful candidate with have a solid technical background (ideally within and engineering company and will have worked in an ITIL compliant environment and have a solid technical understanding in the support of Citrix, Windows Client and Server, BES (Blackberry Enterprise Server) PC hardware software support Networking (TCP/IP etc) and ideally experience in SharePoint CAD, MathCAD, Matlab etc advantageous. ITIL and Prince 2 Experience are.
