IT Contract Analyst is required for a contract position to assist in the provision of effective contract management services to support the IT Procurement Manager in the delivery of business objectives and business performance targets. The ideal person will be someone with strong Procurement experience and a good financial understanding.
Duties:
·Responsible for a portfolio of contracts, including the service delivery contract
·Providing input into the forecasting and business planning activities of IT contract management
·Effective management of the portfolio of IT contracts/suppliers
·Analysis and reporting on the specific portfolio of contracts to feed into the overall IT contract management reporting regime
·Take ownership of contracts in terms of knowledge (scope, participant, technical conditions) for the defined contracts portfolio
·To cover for and support other members of the IT contract management system
Experience required:
·Qualified at degree level
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as the function is based in daily relations with Business Relationship Directors (BRDs) submitting requests related to current contracts with providers etc -
·Commercial negotiation skills
·Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on detail
·Well developed planning and organisational skills
·Experience in IT contract management would be an advantage -
·Able to work flexibly as part of the IT contract management team
·Knowledge of SAP and SAP SRM systems and advantage
