An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a high profile client, based in Coventry. The Technical Infrastructure Support Engineer will support and maintain the clients IT infrastructure, ensuring a customer focused service is provided to all employees.
Key responsibilities:
-Provide technical expertise and support for IT infrastructure
-Make a proactive contribution to the planning and improvement of IT projects
-Take ownership for and ensure that escalation paths for problems are followed
-Undertake builds/re-builds of IT hardware when required
Key Skills and Experiences:
-Relevant IT qualification
-Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
-Experience of implementing and administering Active Directory and Group Policies
-Experience in implementing and administrating virtual server environments
-Experience of design and configuration of SAN technologies
-Experience of implementing and administrating Microsoft Exchange
Candidates will preferably have had experience of working in the education or public sectors.
