
My client, a World Leading Defence, Technology and Security Company have an urgent request for a Helpdesk Analyst within their Facilities Management department in Farnborough, for an initial 3 month temporary contract.
Overall Purpose of the Job:
To work as part of the Facilities Management Helpdesk Team to receive and process customer enquiries and service requests in support of effective and efficient service delivery across the business.
Key Accountabilities:
To receive and process requests for service in line with Helpdesk Operating procedures
To receive and respond to status checks in line with Helpdesk Operating procedures
To receive and respond to customer comments in line with Helpdesk Operating procedures
To maintain effective working relationships with on-site operational teams and contractors
To undertake other duties as directed by the Helpdesk Team Lead/Helpdesk Manager
Technical Competencies:
Knowledge of service delivery policies, procedures and processes
The ability to ensure all tasks are completed accurately
The ability to input data quickly and accurately with attention to detail
Computer literacy
Essential Experience:
Excellent time management skills.
Excellent customer care skills and experience
Good organisational skills
Good interpersonal skills
Good communication skills
Familiar with Health and Safety requirements
Experience of working within a Helpdesk environment
