Our client is a clear market leader with sites across the UK and is looking
to hire a Finance Business Partner.
Providing support to budget holders from a variety of disciplines in the
division, the Finance Business Partner will supply high quality financial
support and advice and to produce meaningful analysis to enable budgets to be
effectively controlled.
With responsibility for reporting on management information and providing
financial input to the rolling budget plans, the Finance Business Partner will
also lead, manage and develop a small team.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) who
is commercially minded, able to demonstrate high levels of interpersonal skills,
and confident in dealing with operational senior level coleagues who are not
from an accounting background. Experience of producing a comprehensive monthly
management accounts pack to strict deadlines is desirable. A working knowledge
of ABC/ABM methodologies in a service environment would be advantageous.
