Our global Oil and Gas industry client is looking for a new permanent SAP Enterprise Architect to join their team to lead the SAP Design Team, provide direction, and oversee the solutions design and product road map development for a Global SAP solutions.
Responsibilities will include
*Managing the development of the solutions architecture and design for both new and existing applications.
*To be responsible for the quality assurance of any IT requirements to ensure development of a clear set of project deliverables
*To be accountable for the development and maintenance of product roadmaps
*To lead and motivate design teams
Essential requirements:
*Candidates must have previous experience working in the Oil and Gas industry
Candidate must have the following experience:
*Excellent SAP Architecture experience
*Excellent communication skills.
*Strong demonstrable experience in major architecture roles such as Enterprise Architect or SAP technologist.
*Strong experience of delivering Product Roadmaps and design blueprints.
*Direct management experience and significant direct experience of people management
Candidate must have the following skills
*SAP R/3 HR; SD; MM; FICO; PS.
*Superior design skills around the delivery and assurance of design standards.
*Strong leadership skills and track record in building and developing teams
*Excellent communication skills, exercising independent judgement with high engagement levels and the ability to communicates upwards
*High levels of stakeholder engagement ability
*Good problem-solving and analytical skills
*Strong presentation skills.
Thus is permanent position based in Reading with the following benefits available:
The role is paying:
*Circa £75,000 - £87,000
*£5,040 Car Allowance
*Potential 20% bonus
*10% Group Share Allowance
*£3,000 Flexible benefits
*Pension (BG doubles employee contribution up to 20%)
*28 days holiday
