Engineering Graduate Programme Coordinator/ Leader/ Project Manager/ Specialist (Recruitment, ACE Management, Chartership and University Accreditation) will provide oversight of the Engineering Development Program in the UK. The role includes leadership for the program to include; recruiting, candidate assignments and the individual will work with managers in the development of curriculum and maintaining the budget. Individual will also be responsible to manage Chartership and University Accreditation and other duties that will relate to developing engineering talent.
Essential Responsibilities:
The Lead Specialist demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
*Complete Chartership Accreditation with IET and Manage Necessary Logistics
*Establish University Accreditation for ACE Courses and develop Masters Agreement with UK universities. Develop funding model for Masters Program.
*Responsible for all finance and billing issues associated with UK Graduate program
*Endorse Graduate program in UK and garner strong support and adoption of the program
*Lead Graduate Recruiting efforts and ensure quality candidates are hired using programs interview model
*Provide logistics coordination for the Classic and Software Graduate programs in the UK
*Ensure quality rotational assignments are secured for each individual and provide career guidance
*Provide Assignment Leader coordination and training.
*Promote Graduate program with site Engineering Leaders and provide periodic status updates
*Responsible for managing all Graduate training requirements and scheduling necessary classes
*Ensure the proper EMS reviews and Goals & Objectives are completed for each individual and loaded into the EMS tool for each assignment
*Manage all UK Instructors and verify courses and documentation meet program standards & deadlines. Responsible for ensuring ACE homework grading is completed in a timely manner
*Manage all ACE documentation and Support Central sites for the Graduate program
*Develop continuous improvement projects for the Graduate program to simplify processes and procedures
*Coordinate, direct and coach the Engineers
Qualifications/Requirements:
*Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
*Bachelor degree or similar level of knowledge and experience
