This is a rare opportunity for a high calibre individual to join an exceptional brand. Due to internal promotion, our client requires a Divisional Finance Manager to assume full control of the financial operation of an autonomous unit of their Group.
Based at the divisional office in Chester, the Divisional Finance Manager will report into head office and hold responsibility for: the review of monthly management accounts and completion of month-end process; group reporting and year end accounts; control of the audit process; overseeing the balance sheet and cash flow for the division; business partnering the operational and non-financial sectors of the organisation; providing commercial guidance to the Division and Group.
The successful candidate will have an outstanding academic record, and either be a practice-trained (ACA) Accountant who has experience of operational and year-end accounting, or an industry experienced (CIMA / ACCA qualified) Accountant who has worked in a demanding, hands-on role.
