My Private healthcare supplier is looking for a developer to join their busy operational support team. The main purpose of the role is to provide second line operational support to the custom web portal and to develop the enhancements; this includes maintenance of all application (ASP.NET/VB.NET) and database code.
Key responsibilities:
·Resolving incidents assigned to the technical team in line with SLA targets.
·Implementing enhancements to the custom portal.
·Overall second line operational support for the system.
·Working with the Helpdesk to ensure that SLA targets are met.
Skills and Abilities:
