
Our client requires 3 Desktop Image Support Consultants to work onsite in London.
Role:
* Resolve incidents and problems to contractual Service Levels.
* Adopt best in class service delivery processes and methods.
* Bring advanced technical expertise to improve customer experience.
* In depth technical support of a Windows desktop solution, including troubleshooting and problem root cause analysis and resolution.
* Windows desktop patching; and software packaging and deployment.
* Work in a disciplined and structured manner in accordance with ITIL based service management processes
* Use proactive monitoring methods/tools to identify problem prevention and continual improvement opportunities.
* Update and administration of any changes to asset information.
* Handle customer problems promptly; escalate issues according to established procedures.
Skills Required:
* Experience of analytical troubleshooting in a Windows desktop environments.
* Minimum of 3 year's experience in similar/related
DV clearance is required for this role however candidates willing to go through the checks may also be considered.
