Corporate Finance Analyst required for a leading financial services company
-You will support the Financial Strategy Manager on Financial Strategy and Corporate finance activity within the group, providing in house advisory services to the business. You will assist in large scale projects which are complex in nature and potentially transformational which will involve coordination and communication with a number of diverse internal and external stakeholders.
You must
-Have previous experience in financial services
-Previous experience in financial strategy or corporate finance
-Strong modelling skills
-Be ACA or ACCA qualified
-Have an ability to work on your own initiative and drive projects to completeness
The role will
-Ensure that assigned strategic projects are managed, coordinated and implemented
-Lead and support in the development of reporting and development of plans to improve capital effectiveness
-Assess the impact of major strategic decisions on shareholder value
-Support in corporate finance activities including coordination of due diligence reports
