
A Leading Financial Services Organisation requires a Contact Centre PM for an initial 3 month contract based in Knutsford.
The types of projects you will be working on will include:
*Refurbishment or expansion of complex contact centres
*Upgrade of core CC infrastructure components with complex integration challenges
*Implementation of CC Telephony Components such as Workforce management, Voice Recording solutions
Candidates will need to demonstrate the following experience on their CV:
*Strong Nortel/Avaya Telephony and Contact Centre technology skills background eg Call centre expansion
*Trained for PRINCE2/MSP or equivalent methodology
*Able to take difficult groups of projects and programmes through to completion
*Someone capable of working as part of major business transformation programmes.
*A leader who can take ownership of the delivery, working closely with the business and programme teams to produce the right outcome.
*Commercially aware and very comfortable working with stakeholders, suppliers and legal teams to ensure the correct solution is delivered in line with a strong business case development.
