Our client is looking for a Configuration Management Rational Tools Support Specialist for an initial 3 month contract based in Telford.
Role:
* Configuration Management
* Working with an established team support the Configuration management tooling. Assisting to support technical refresh projects and day-to-day application support.
* Completing incident and service requests
* Support of project upgrades
* Support of CM environments during Development and Testing cycle
Technical Skills required:
* Understanding of UNIX and Windows.
* Experience of Base Clearcase and UCM.
* Rational Clearcase and Rational Clearquest.
* SQL/Oracle
* PVCS Dimensions (highly desirable)
* Some understanding of an IT infrastructure
* Configuration of IT products
* MS technologies

* Ability to deliver under pressure when priorities are changed at short notice.
