
As the single point of contact for client accounts, you will build an understanding of their requirements and ensure seamless delivery to these. You will also be responsible for some sales and marketing tasks, including participating in sales meetings, providing pre-sales assistance and post-deployment marketing support.
Your duties will include:
- Defining the scope of engagement for potential clients
- Initiating deployment projects
- Delivering client training
- Providing ongoing Customer Support
- Assisting with the testing of new products
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A working knowledge of ERP data structures
- Experience of using reporting/business intelligence tools
- Demonstrable experience of building and maintaining relationships at all levels
Additionally, as a Client Manager, you must have excellent communication and people skills. An organised, analytical approach is also key.
Although not essential, and understanding or experience in procurement would be a distinct advantage to your application.
