BA/Business Analyst/Siebel/CRM/. A Business Analyst is urgently required for a global organisation who are due to begin a global ERP roll out in Siebel CRM.
The successful business analyst will be responsible for carrying out meetings with internal customers to gather requirements and produce functional briefs for service design and re-design. Working closely with the development and delivery team you will be responsible for the quality of the work produced and always be striving for continuous improvement and taking full ownership for issues. You will also plan and remedy any issues that arise effectively and with limited supervision.
Operating in a relatively small IT function you will be working as a standalone and regarded as a subject matter expert for business analysis for the UK and European operations. Therefore someone who has the confidence to work autonomously and assist with governance is very important.
To be considered for this prestigious role my client has specified that the successful candidate have an excellent grasp of the software development life cycle and considerable experience in Siebel CRM with multiple life cycles to your portfolio.
