
Our client is looking for a Business Analyst (Product Lifecycle / New Routes to Market) (Broadband & Talk Industry) with business deployment and readiness skills to work on a critical project aimed at influencing the selling customer experience.
Required skills and experience -
·Understanding of business change, readiness and deployment activities in a contact centre environment (e.g. awareness of Agent training, IT support, reporting)
·Experience in broadband / telco environment
·Understanding of key contact centre performance and operational metrics
·Proactive and analytical approach to identifying and resolving issues
·Engaging and communicating with stakeholders across all levels
·Understanding of working in an Agile environment
·Experience of leading/supporting User Acceptance Testing
·Understanding of a sales Product Catalogue
This is an initial 6 month contract based in West London. Candidates must be willing to travel to Leeds and Newcastle.
The rate offered is approximately £400 per day.
