
Our client is looking for a Business Analyst (Product Lifecycle / Retail and Online products) (Broadband & Talk Industry) with business deployment and readiness skills to work on a critical project aimed at influencing the selling customer experience.
Required skills and experience -
*Understanding of business change, readiness and deployment activities in a contact centre environment (e.g. awareness of Agent training, IT support, reporting)
*Experience in broadband / telco environment
*Understanding of key contact centre performance and operational metrics
*Proactive and analytical approach to identifying and resolving issues
*Engaging and communicating with stakeholders across all levels
*Understanding of working in an Agile environment
*Experience of leading/supporting User Acceptance Testing
*Understanding of a sales Product Catalogue
This is an initial 6 month contract based in West London. Candidates must be willing to travel to Leeds and Newcastle.
The rate offered is approximately £400 per day.
