A Business Analyst is required to join a Leading Facilities Management organisation. The successful Business Analyst will be required to provide business analysis services to projects, programmes and initiatives, working on projects that deliver changes to Finance and HR systems. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join a company who invests heavily within their workforce.
The successful Business Analyst's responsibilities will include but not be limited to; developing business requirements specifications according to standard templates, ensuring that business change deliverables are considered at the start of the project lifecycle and ensure that business cases include robust business benefits. You will also be responsible for; defining and documenting "to-be" processes and the key data requirements, providing input for test processes and supporting the Business with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that the business requirements have been met.
Interested applicants will be seasoned Business Analysts and will have experience of working on projects that deliver changes to Finance and HR systems and interfaces. You will also need a thorough understanding of how to identify, assess and measure benefits in a fast moving and changing Programme/ Project environment.
