A Business Analyst is required to join a Global Leader in Talent Measurement. The successful Business Analyst will work with other functional teams to deliver new software releases under the customer systems programme of work. This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst with experience of working in an Agile/ SCRUM environment to join a company that invest heavily in their workforce.
The successful Business Analyst's responsibilities will include but not be limited to; working with Product Managers to deliver rich prototyping as part of the requirements gathering activity and to create and review user stories which include; use cases, user stories, storyboards, business rules, data models, illustrated examples and wireframes/ mock-ups as appropriate in each case. You will also be responsible for working with the SCRUM Master and Product Owner to keep the backlog up-to-date and to collaborate with developers to ensure specifications are in line with existing functionality and software capability.
Interested applicants will be seasoned Business Analysts and will have a strong knowledge of user interaction design and principles. You will also need a demonstrable competence in IT Software Development and experience of Agile/ SCRUM and of documenting functional requirements to a detailed level.
