IT Business Analyst - Product Development / Solutions Design
£60000 - £90000 + pension & 25 days holiday

IT Business Analyst required by market leading international organisation. The suitable candidate will have a very solid technical development background and be well used to working on Product Development and Solutions Design projects within an extremely fast paced and dynamic environment.
- We want someone with strong IT and BA experience, who can get under the skin and help drive and design solutions with a senior IT team before documenting them clearly and efficiently and communicating them back to the business.
- We need this person to have business acumen as well, so that solutions are designed and developed in line with business needs and expectations and smart decisions can be made on the fly.
- The potential is there for this person to eventually graduate into a business leadership role, so finding someone either on that path or with the potential to do so is a big plus.
- Obviously project management is the other huge component of the role and it's worth noting we work in an environment that is bespoke but borders on a mix of agile and waterfall, which should be good context for a candidate.
- A key factor in our assessment of candidates is the pace at which we work and the start up mentality of fit for purpose - we need someone who has experienced this or can adapt to it quickly; a fast learner and/or worker with the ability to execute quickly and be extremely flexible.
- This same person also needs to be able to build and manage a team.
- The final part of the mix is the type of work we do - it involves launching new products and systems and other major initiatives in a bespoke environment with a big marketing budget (hence their solutions are seen by lots of the general public where usability and simplicity in key) - we'd love to find someone with similar experience as opposed to just big software release after big software release that affects one company in isolation from the wider world.
