
Business Analyst (business focused / fixed line telecommunications / telecoms product offering / change management)
Our Media Industry Client is looking for experienced Business Analysts to join their team to support the introduction and development our clients BB and T product offering by working closely with product owners, operational stakeholders and technology delivery teams to identify and document business requirements and appropriate solutions and support the subsequent delivery.
Candidate requirements:
- Significant business analysis experience on large scale or complex IT projects
- Relevant experience in a fast paced industry where IT operates as a strategic partner
- Senior stakeholder management experience
- Customer operations
- End to End delivery
- Strong customer and supplier relationship management skills relevant to technology including management of negotiations
- Expertise in working in a dynamic and relatively unstructured environment and being involved throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
- A style of working which is self motivated, results orientated, resilient and able to work well under pressure

The role will involve:
- Working closely with Product Managers and Operational Stakeholders to influence project concepts and to then translate them into detailed business, functional and non-functional requirements
- Working closely with the development teams to design and document solutions that meet the needs of the business using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Working closely with relevant Project Managers, Business Stakeholders and delivery teams to identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Apply knowledge of the Business and Functional Requirements to support developers and testers throughout the software development lifecycle,
- Develop and apply expertise in BSS systems to aide the development of solutions that support the strategic and operational demands of the business
Senior level requirements:
- Providing planning, direction and guidance to Business Analysts working on BB&T projects, in order to ensure a consistent, high quality of analysis output and to develop the Business Analysts
- Working closely with Product Managers and Operational Stakeholders to influence project concepts and to then translate them into detailed business, functional and non-functional requirements

These are initial 3 month contracts based in West London with potentially regular travel to central London sites.
