The key skills required for Lead Consultant/Principal Consultant
Responsibilities:
*8-12 years of experience in Testing
*Experience in managing teams of 10 to 20 people
*Good stakeholder and programme management skills
*Industry experience and understanding of evolving trends in testing and FSI
*Good technical knowledge and exposure to different types of testing
*Good knowledge of SDLC and the various test phases in STLC
*Experience in writing comprehensive test plan and also manage Test project plan
*Good exposure to testing products / packages - especially HP tools (QC and QTP)
*Good understanding and some experience on test automation
*Experience in Risk Management, Defect Management and Configuration management
*Experience in driving strategic test improvements in the team
*Exposure in working with dynamic customers and also managing multiple projects / releases
*Maintain the automation framework
*Good exposure to Investment Banking and preferably exposure in the Credit/Market Risk space (in IB)
*Good working knowledge of SQL, databases, UNIX and testing of web based applications as well as client server apps.
*Good to have experience in middleware testing OR SAP Testing

Salary: £50K-£65K+ 15-20% Bonus
