An Application Support Analyst is required to join a leading Business Intelligence organisation that specialises in collecting, managing and exploiting information to reveal actionable intelligence. The Application Support Analyst will support a variety of systems involving a wide breadth of technologies across Revenue Assurance applications, Security Systems and in-house recruitment systems. The successful Application Support Analyst's responsibilities will include but not be limited to: working within strict SLA's to deliver an expert level of application support, working closely with internal customers to understand their needs and react accordingly. Also, amending data fixes and establishing the cause of application issue and liaising with developers for the escalation of support issues for Java, SAS and .NET coding issues.
Interested applicants will have relevant experience of Application Support and commercial experience of working with SLA's. Ideally you will have experience of .Net and Java technologies and strong stakeholder management attributes.
