
An Application Support Analyst is required to join a leading Financial Services organisation, working within their Personal Insurance division. The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for tier 2 support across technologies such as; .NET, C#, HTML, Javascript, CSS and JQuery, responding to operational issues, resolving defects and contributing to system improvements designed to improve the overall stability of the platform. The successful Application Support Analyst's responsibilities will include but not be limited to: providing tier 2 support to the Business, resolving the incidents and communicating with the Business. You would also be responsible for the resolution of production defects, ensuring that the fixes meets required standards of quality and security and you will also respond to issues in the production environment, minimising customer impact. You would also have the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of system and process improvements to improve the overall stability of the platform and the productivity of the team.
Interested applicants will have relevant experience of Application Support and web development skills in .Net, C#, HTML, Javascript, CSS and JQuery. You will also need experience of SQL Server.
