Experis is growing further and as such we require a Contractor Care Administrator to take up a permanent role in our busy office in Greater Manchester. Working in a vibrant, busy, and newly refurbished office, you will provide administrative support to contractors and customers, to ensure that the experience they have is pleasant and efficient. Responsibilities include: Communicating payments processes to contractors. Answering client and contractor queries. Process paperwork accurately and efficiently. Manage and update account logs and spreadsheets. Take incoming calls. Support payroll queries. Applicants will receive full training, but must already posses the following skills and attributes: Excellent time management skills, with an ability to meet deadlines. Flexible attitude and approach. Experience of using MS Word and Excel and the ability to use Outlook and the Internet. You will be a confident, organised and self motivated individual with a professional and responsible attitude. This role is based in Altrincham, Greater Manchester.
