Essential skills which are critical to the role:
- Over 5 years hands on development experience with front end C# .NET projects
- C# ASP .NET versions 2.0, 3.5
- HTML / CSS / JavaScript
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Version Control
- Website management and configuration with IIS
- Continuous Integration and similar development practices
Desirable (but not essential) skills and experience:
- Background in CMS development
- Experience with Ektron CMS400 (versions 8.0 to 8.5)
- C# ASP .NET version 4.0, exposure to MVC & LINQ
- XML / XSLT, JavaScript framework (e.g. JQuery)
- SQL Server 2005 and upwards
- Version Control (SVN / VSS)
- Integrating .NET Websites with other backend systems such as CRMs, Analytics, E-mail Marketing and Video platforms
- Development of Mobile sites
- Experience of Agile & Lean (Kanban) software development processes
- Experience of working with the Financial sector
