The Experis suite contains over 15 cost recovery solutions including:
iSupply – an Experis developed reverse auction technology that enables contingent workers to transparently bid on pay rates. Isupply is implemented with a number of our clients and typically delivers cost savings of 12% below the rate card.
Employed Consultant Model – refers to the secondment of Experis Employed Consultants who are placed on long term assignments with our clients. ECM consultants are on average 15% lower in cost than using a contractor.
Criticality Audit - to ensure all contractor assignments remain justified, this can deliver typical cost savings of 10-20% from the contingent working population.
Migration - the transition of the existing contingent workforce from one or more supplies to a sole supplier. Experis can deliver typical cost savings of 5-15%.
Rate Card Management – implementation of a revised rate card for all contractor and temporary roles, delivers typical cost savings of 5% against existing rates.
