Jobseekers in the UK need to work harder on their CVs if they're to land the jobs they want.
That's the conclusion of a recent survey by recruiters webrecruit, which found that just one-third of applicants take the time to customise their CV to individual roles.
It's vital to remember to customise your CV to fit the company and the job when applying for any position. Ensure that the key skills which make you well suited for the role are placed at the top of your CV, and edit your experience and talents elsewhere to make these relevant skills stand out.
