As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Internal Recruitment Consultant to join our HR department.

About the Role: As an Internal Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and retaining top talent to drive our company's success. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR partners, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates who align with our company culture and values. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth strategy and shape the future of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate's qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, providing support and guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage the candidate experience from application to on boarding, ensuring a smooth and positive transition.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Assist in developing and implementing initiatives to enhance the recruitment process and employer branding efforts.

About You:

  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates across various levels and functions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), behavioural interviewing, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
